摘要
采用深度除氟+化学氧化+双碱软化+MVR工艺对氟化工废水进行深度处理,实现"零排放"及工业盐的"资源回收"。在经过二级化学沉淀除氟后出水COD<2000mg/L,F^(-)为10mg/L,SS为70mg/L,Ga>1000mg/L,电导率>20000μs/cm条件下,经过深度除氟+化学氧化+双碱软化+MVR处理后,冷凝水F^(-)降低至2mg/L,电导率≤200μs/cm,COD<100,出水水质满足该厂区中水回用系统的原水水质标准,其MVR系统结晶产生的杂盐中NaCl含量>95%,满足工业盐中氯化钠含量的要求,回收的工业杂盐可以用来作为北方寒冷地区冬天道路积雪的融雪剂,也可以用来作为水泥生产过程中助磨剂的添加使用,充分实现了废水的零排放,并最大限度地回收利用了废水中的氯化钠盐分,实现了节能减排及资源的回收利用。
The process of deep fluorine removal+chemical oxidation+double alkali softening+MVR is used to treat fluorine chemical wastewater,so as to realize"zero discharge"and"resource recovery"of industrial salt.After fluoride removal by primary chemical precipitation,the effluent has COD<2000 mg/L,F^(-)<10 mg/L,SS<70 mg/L,Ga>1000 mg/L and conductivity>20000μs/cm,under this condition,after deep fluorine removal+chemical oxidation+double alkali softening+MVR treatment,the F^(-)of condensate is reduced to 2 mg/L,and the conductivity is≤200μs/cm,COD<100 mg/L.The effluent quality meets the raw water quality standard of the reclaimed water reuse system in the plant.The NaCl content in the miscellaneous salt produced by the crystallization of MVR system is more than 95%,which meets the requirements of sodium chloride content in industrial salt.The recovered industrial miscellaneous salt can be used as a snow melting agent for road snow in winter in cold area s of North China,and can also be used as an additive in the process of cement production,the zero discharge of wastewater is fully realized,and the sodium chloride salt in wastewater is recycled to the greatest extent,so as to realize energy conservation,emission reduction and resource recycling.
