摘要
目的分析阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并糖尿病的疗效。方法86例高血压合并糖尿病患者,依据数字表随机法分为单药组与联合组,每组43例。单药组给予阿司匹林治疗,联合组在单药组基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组血糖降低到正常范围时间、血压降低到正常范围时间、治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平、治疗效果。结果联合组血糖降低到正常范围时间为(6.34±1.52)d、血压降低到正常范围时间为(6.21±1.10)d,均短于单药组的(8.38±1.52)、(8.55±2.31)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TC、LDL-C水平均低于本组治疗前,且联合组低于单药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率97.67%高于单药组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀对于高血压合并糖尿病的治疗效果确切,可有效调节血脂,控制血糖血压,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of aspirin combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 86 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into single-drug group and combination group according to random numerical table,with 43 cases in each group.The single-drug group was treated with aspirin,and the combination group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the single-drug group.Both groups were compared in terms of time to reduce blood glucose to normal range,time to reduce blood pressure to normal range,the levels of total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect.Results The time to reduce blood glucose to normal range,time to reduce blood pressure to normal range in the combination group were(6.34±1.52)and(6.21±1.10)d,which were shorter than(8.38±1.52)and(8.55±2.31)d in the single-drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than before treatment in this group,and the combination group was lower than the single-drug group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 97.67%in the combination group was higher than 76.74%in the single-drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with atorvastatin is effective in the treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.It can effectively regulate blood lipids,control blood glucose and blood pressure,and is worthy of promotion and application.
