摘要
依据《关于福建省建设工程监理行业服务收费指导意见》,结合大量实践经验并认真测算,研究建筑、市政工程监理成本估算方法,并将该算法应用于招投标,与监理同行提供借鉴及参考,为行业健康发展提出一些相关建议。
This article is based on《Guidance on Service Charge of Construction Engineering Supervision Industry in Fujian Province》,combined with a lot of practical experience of our company and carefully calculation,research construction and municipal engineering supervision cost estimation method,and apply the algorithm to bidding.To provide reference and reference with the supervision peers,and put forward some relevant suggestions for the healthy development of the industry.
