摘要 通过归纳整理污水处理厂建设运营各项资料,选定污水处理厂工程设计指标、环境保护指标、防腐设计指标、项目管理及实施计划指标、工程效益指标等五项绩效考核指标,构建绩效评价体系。基于模糊理论,确定评价指标权重和判断隶属矩阵,建立污水处理厂工程绩效评价模型,分析污水处理厂各项一级指标和综合绩效评价的重要程度。结果表明:(1)污水处理厂的环境保护和工程设计的重要程度相对较高;(2)污水处理厂综合绩效评价的重要程度为很重要。 By summarizing and sorting out the construction and operation data of sewage treatment plant,this paper selects five performance evaluation indexes to construct the performance evaluation system,including engineering design index,environmental protection index,anti-corrosion design index,project management and implementation plan index,and engineering benefit index.Based on the fuzzy theory,determines the weight of evaluation indexes and the judgment membership matrix to build the performance evaluation model of sewage treatment plant,and analyzes the importance degree of each first-level index and comprehensive performance of sewage treatment plant.The results show that,the environmental protection and engineering design of sewage treatment plants are relatively important.The importance degree of sewage treatment plants obtained by comprehensive performance evaluation is very important.
