摘要
对同一汞标准样品分别采用直接测汞法和原子荧光分析法进行测定分析,对比两种方法的检出限、精确度、回收率以及测试成本。结果表明,直接测汞仪在0~20.0 ng范围内呈良好的二次非线性拟合(R^(2)=0.999 9),原子荧光光谱仪在0~10 n g·m L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(R^(2)=0.999 8)。直接测汞仪的检出限为0.21 ng·g^(-1),原子荧光光谱仪的检出限为0.75 ng·g^(-1)。直接测汞仪的回收率为84%,RSD为5.3%,原子荧光光谱仪的回收率为82%,RSD为13.5%。
The same mercury standard sample was measured and analyzed by direct mercury measurement and atomic fluorescence analysis, and the detection limit, accuracy, recovery rate and test cost of the two methods were compared. The results show that the direct mercury measuring instrument has a good quadratic nonlinear fitting in the range of 0~ 20.0 ng(R^(2)=0.999 9), and the atomic fluorescence spectrometer has a good linear relationship in the range of 0~ 10 ng·mL^(-1).(R^(2)=0.999 8). The detection limit of the direct mercury analyzer is 0.21 ng·g^(-1), and the detection limit of the atomic fluorescence spectrometer is 0.75 ng·g^(-1). The recovery rate of the direct mercury analyzer was 84%, the RSD was 5.3%, the recovery rate of the atomic fluorescence spectrometer was 82%, and the RSD was 13.5%.
