摘要
随着经济的不断发展,城市化水平也在不断提高,城市化的发展过程中房屋的建造使城市化向前发展做重要的标志。在当前房屋建筑过程中,建筑成本的增加和施工人员的待遇的提升给施工单位带来很大的经济压力,这要求相关施工单位在房屋建造过程中做好房屋施工造价管理,严格控制施工成本、保证房屋建设质量。基于此本文对房屋建筑施工管理发展的现状、房屋建筑施工管理的重要性以及房屋建筑施工管理的相关措施展开论述。
