摘要
结晶罐采用W型封头具有较佳的结晶效果。文中采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对W型封头的成型过程进行了数值仿真及参数优化,分析了摩擦因数、冲压速度、冲压深度等参数对成型过程中的最大主应力、等效塑性应变、最小厚度及回弹量的影响。结果表明,当摩擦因数取0.2、冲压速度取5.76 m/s、冲压深度为148 mm、凹模的2个圆弧半径分别为200 mm和225 mm时,封头的回弹量较小,且不会发生断裂,为最优的成型方案;冲压过程中最容易发生断裂的位置在两圆弧相切处。
The crystallizing tank with W-shaped head has good crystallization effect. This paper uses the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to simulate the stamping process of W-shaped head and optimize the parameters. The influence of friction coefficient, stamping depth, stamping speed and other parameters to the equivalent plastic strain, maximum principal stress, minimum thickness and springback is analyzed. The results show that when the friction coefficient is 0.2,the stamping speed is 5.76 m/s, the stamping depth is 148 mm, and the two arc radius of the die are 200 mm and 225 mm respectively, the springback is small and fracture will not occur, which is the optimal forming scheme. Fracture is most likely to occur at the tangent of two arcs.
