基于拓扑优化的某机载设备安装架优化设计

摘要 针对某产品改进设计中安装架的刚度较差问题,利用拓扑优化技术对该安装架进行优化设计,并对优化前后的安装架进行模态分析。分析结果表明,与原安装架相比,优化后的安装架一阶模态频率提高近1倍,且质量比原安装架轻了约0.1 kg。 Aiming at the problem of poor rigidity of the mounting frame in the improvement design of a product, the topology optimization technology is used to optimize the design of the mounting frame, and the modal analysis of the mounting frame before and after optimization is carried out. The analysis results show that, compared with the original mounting frame, the optimized first-order modal frequency of the mounting frame is nearly doubled, and the mass is about0.1 kg lighter than the original mounting frame.
