摘要
智能建造技术贯穿于建筑全过程建造周期之中,主要包括建材生产与流通、规划融资、设计制造、施工监理、运营销售、物业服务等。本文从建筑产业变革需求着手,对比国内外智能建造技术技术发展指标跟进市场调研,开展高职院校智能建造技术专业定位与模式探索,以职业能力为基础开发课程体系。项目研究以2021年3月“新版职业教育专业目录”为契机,新一代信息技术与专业群现有专业有效融合形成的智能建造创新模式,对持续推动四川现代职业学院等同类院校建筑类专业高质量发展具有现实意义。
Intelligent construction technology runs through the entire construction cycle of a building,including the production and circulation of building materials,planning and financing,design and manufacturing,construction supervision,operation and sales,and property services.This article starts from the needs of the construction industry reform,compares domestic and foreign intelligent construction technology development indicators and follow-up market research,develops the professional positioning and model exploration of intelligent construction technology in higher vocational colleges,and develops a curriculum system based on professional competence.The project research takes the opportunity of the“New Catalogue of Vocational Education Specialty”in March 2021,the intelligent construction innovation model formed by the effective integration of the new generation of information technology and the existing specialty in the major group,has practical significance on continuously promoting the high-quality development of construction majors in similar colleges and universities such as Sichuan Modern Vocational College.
