摘要
针刺疗法作为传统中医治疗的重要一部分,在骨性关节炎等关节疾病中应用广泛。传统中医理论机制“疏通经络、活血化瘀、扶正祛邪”,即对疾病进行针对性镇痛、改善微环境、影响激素及炎性介质的释放。针刺疗法已被大量研究证实疗效确切,成为治疗关节相关疾病的有效治疗方法。本文详细论述了针刺疗法在骨性关节炎中的应用与研究进展,以供临床工作参考。
Acupuncture as an important part of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,is widely used in osteoarthritis and other joint diseases.Dredge meridians,Activating blood and dissolving stasis,strengthen healthy qi to eliminate pathogens is the theoretical mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.In other words,Acupuncture can alleviate the pain,improve the microenvironment,and affect the release of hormone and inflammatory mediators.Acupuncture therapy has become an effective treatment for joint related diseases,and because has been proved to be effective by a large number of studies.This paper discusses in detail the application and research progress of acupuncture in osteoarthritis.
