摘要
目的探讨通过黏膜缝合法与鼻腔填塞疗法对鼻中隔偏曲患者进行治疗效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月大连市中心医院收治的172例鼻中隔偏曲患者。按照双色小球法对患者进行分组,其中86例设为甲组通过黏膜缝合法进行治疗,另外86例设为乙组实施鼻腔填塞疗法治疗。观察两组的治疗效果。结果甲组的治疗效果优于乙组(P<0.05);甲组的并发症发生率低于乙组(P<0.05);甲组术后疼痛程度轻于乙组(P<0.05)。结论通过黏膜缝合法对鼻中隔偏曲患者进行治疗的效果确切,可有效减轻患者的术后疼痛程度,防止患者出现术后并发症,使患者在术后更快恢复。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of nasal septum deviation by mucosal suture and nasal packing.Methods A total of 172 patients with nasal septum deviation were enrolled in this study,and the treatment period was between March 2019 and March 2021.The patients were grouped according to the two-color pellet method,of which 86 patients were assigned to group A for treatment by mucosal suture,and the other 86 patients were assigned to group B for treatment by nasal packing.Observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of group A was better than group B(P<0.05).The complication rate of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).The postoperative pain of group A was better than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of mucosal suture on patients with deviated nasal septum is definite,which can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of the patient,prevent postoperative complications,and make the patient recover faster after the operation.
