钢丝绳无损探伤系统在水闸工程中的应用

摘要 固定卷扬式水闸在运行过程中,启闭机钢丝绳频繁弯曲摩擦和长期受力,会出现各种损伤现象,易造成钢丝绳故障。因此,钢丝绳探伤检查成为工程安全管理中必不可少的项目,科学高效的检查手段可及时发现钢丝绳异常情况,预防钢丝绳断绳事故的发生。文中以望亭水利枢纽为例,介绍钢丝绳电磁探伤系统在工程中的实际应用,分析探伤监测数据成果,及时获得钢丝绳性能状态信息,帮助管理单位做出正确判断。 During the operation of the fixed winch sluice,the wire rope of the hoist is subjected to frequent bending friction and long-term stress,resulting in various damages and wire rope failures.Therefore,wire rope inspection becomes an essential item in engineering safety management.Scientific and efficient inspection means can find out the abnormal condition of wire rope in time and prevent the occurrence of wire rope breaking accident.Taking Wangting Water Conservancy Project as an example,this paper introduces the practical application of wire rope electromagnetic flaw detection system in engineering,analyzes the results of flaw detection and monitoring data,and obtains the performance information of wire rope in time to help the management unit make correct judgment.
