摘要
为了解在役混凝土变电构架结构耐久性问题,对1970年以来山东省和山西省共38例在役变电构架外观现状、构件节点拼接、保护层厚度、混凝土强度、钢筋锈蚀情况等进行了调查,基本得到了不同地域、不同使用年限混凝土结构耐久性问题的分布情况。结果表明:变电构架主要耐久性问题是混凝土碳化、混凝土构件裂缝、钢板圈/钢筋锈蚀等;混凝土表观强度普遍高于原有强度设计值,但构件脆性严重;混凝土保护层厚度沿构件环向分布不均匀现象明显;得到了混凝土变电构架的合理应用范围和维护加固建议。
To study the durability problem of the existing reinforced concrete substation structures,38 existing substation structures in Shandong Province and Shanxi Province from 1970 to the present were investigated.The status quo of appearance,splicing situation of component node,thickness of the concrete cover,concrete strength,steel corrosion,etc..The distribution of concrete durability problems in different regions and different service life is obtained.Results show that the main durability problems of the substation structures are the carbonation of concrete,the cracks of concrete members,and the corrosion of the steel plate ring/steel bar.The apparent strength of concrete is generally higher than the original design strength,but the brittleness of the components is high.In addition,the thickness of the concrete cover is not evenly distributed.The reasonable application scope and design suggestions of the reinforced concrete substation structures are obtained.
