表面处理对聚酰胺表面及黏接性能的影响

摘要 聚酰胺(PA)板表面经火焰和等离子体处理后,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、接触角测试仪等分析了不同处理方式对PA板表面形貌、成分、润湿性及其黏接性能的影响。结果表明:两种表面处理方法均能去除PA板表面的弱边界层杂质,并引入羟基、羰基和羧基等含氧极性基团,改善了其表面润湿性,提高了黏接性能。 The surface of polyamide(PA)plastic was treated by flame and air plasma.The effects of different treatment methods on the morphology,composition and wettability as well as adhesive properties of PA were evaluated by FTIR,SEM and the contact angle tester.The results show that two surface treatment methods can remove the weak interface layer and introduce oxygen containing polar groups such as hydroxyl,carbonyl and carboxyl groups.The surface wettability and adhesive performance are significantly enhanced.
