连铸结晶水事故控制系统的探讨

摘要 连铸结晶水事故控制系统采用高压电机供水,是一种通过采集供水泵的压力和流量运行停止状态、高压电机主电及控制电状态、事故切断阀开闭状态、控制事故切断阀动作的供电及控制状态、安全继电器状态、事故柴油机状态以及不间断电源系统(Uninterruptible Power System,UPS)状态等自动逻辑判断、比较的一种紧急自动控制方式。该方式无需额外增加设备,设备成本较低。 The accident control system of continuous casting crystallization water uses high-voltage motor to supply water,through the pressure, flow, operation stop state of water supply pump, main power and control power state of high-voltage motor, opening and closing state of emergency shut-off valve, whether the power supply and control for controlling the action of emergency shut-off valve are normal, whether the safety relay state, emergency diesel engine state and Uninterruptible Power System(UPS) are normal. Thus, it is an emergency automatic control for automatic logic judgment and comparison. There is no need to add additional equipment and the equipment cost is reduced.
