摘要 改革开放以来我国经济建设水平不断提高,城乡居民的收入也不再只为满足温饱而是开始追求物质与精神生活满足,因而汽车也逐渐变成了许多居民的生活必需消费品。伴随着从2010年到2020年之间汽车保有量从7619万辆到26150万辆的变化,汽车尾气的排放量也不断提高,在愈发强调保护生态环境的今天,限制汽车保有量的方式是不合理的,提倡新能源汽车以及提高节能技术水平便有其必要性了。 Since the reform and opening up,China's economic construction level has been continuously improved,and the income of urban and rural residents is no longer only to meet food and clothing,but began to pursue the satisfaction of material and spiritual life.Therefore,cars have gradually become necessary consumer goods for many residents.With the change of car ownership from 76.19 million to 261.5 million from 2010 to 2020,the emission of car exhaust is also increasing.Today,with more emphasis on protecting the ecological environment,the way to limit car ownership is unreasonable.It is necessary to promote new energy vehicles and improve the level of energy-saving technology.
