摘要
为了对外固定架的选用提供理论依据,该研究将llizarov外固定架、传统Taylor外固定架、改进Taylor外固定架进行力学性能测试,对比分析了它们的抗拉压和抗扭转力学性能。实验结果表明,在抗拉压性能方面,llizarov外固定架显著优于两种Taylor外固定架,而在抗扭转能力方面,llizarov外固定架明显低于另外两种。研究表明,3种外固定架力学性能各具自身优势,在临床中可依据实际需要合理选用外固定架。
In order to provide theoretical basis for the selection of external fixators,the mechanical properties of llizarov external fixator,traditional Taylor external fixator and improved Taylor external fixator were tested in this study.Their tensile,compression and torsion resistance mechanical properties were compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that in terms of tensile and compressive properties,the llizarov external fixator is significantly better than the two Taylor external fixators,while in terms of torsional resistance,the llizarov external fixator is significantly lower than the other two.The research shows that the mechanical properties of the three kinds of external fixators have their own advantages,and the external fixators can be reasonably selected according to the actual needs in clinic.
