外源茉莉酸甲酯处理对梨果实青霉病和贮藏品质的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Exogenous Methyl Jasmonate Treatment on Blue Mold and Storage Quality of Pear Fruit

摘要 【目的】茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)作为信号物质参与植物对外界逆境胁迫的应答反应和信号传递,对病原菌有直接抑制作用,也可诱导寄主产生免疫反应,减缓病害的发生。通过探究外源MeJA诱导梨果实抗采后青霉病的效应及保鲜效果,为MeJA应用于果实贮藏保鲜提供理论参考。【方法】本试验以‘翠冠’梨果实为试验材料,分别用100μmol/L MeJA注入和熏蒸36 h后接种青霉病菌Penicillium expansum(1.0×10^(6) spores/mL),以蒸馏水处理为对照,逐日观察梨果实发病情况,采用十字交叉法测量果实病斑直径。同时设:100μmol/L MeJA熏蒸36 h后接种P.expansum;100μmol/L MeJA熏蒸同时接种P.expansum,36 h后停止熏蒸;梨果实先接种P.expansum 36 h后再用100μmol/L的MeJA熏蒸梨果实,并测定病斑直径。此外,梨果实经100μmol/L MeJA熏蒸处理36 h后,于超净工作台通风2 h,置冷藏库(湿度90%~95%,温度(3±1)℃)贮藏49 d,每隔7 d测定果实失重率、腐烂率、呼吸速率、硬度和可溶性固形物,并取样测定果实总糖、维生素C(Vc)、可滴定酸(TA)和总酚等品质指标。【结果】MeJA注入处理和熏蒸处理对梨果实抗青霉病的诱导效应最高分别可达12.38%和15.60%;经100μmol/L MeJA熏蒸36 h后接种P.expansum对梨果实抗青霉病的诱导效应最佳,为16.14%;冷藏条件下,100μmol/L MeJA处理可显著降低果实腐烂率,提高果实可溶性固形物和总糖含量,抑制呼吸强度的上升,延缓TA和Vc含量降低,促进梨果实中总酚含量的积累,但对果实失重率和硬度无明显影响。【结论】MeJA处理可有效提高‘翠冠’梨果实对青霉病的抗性,并保持贮藏品质,该研究可为梨果实采后贮藏保鲜提供理论依据和技术参考。 [Objective]Methyl jasmonate(MeJA)as a signaling substance is involved in the response and signaling of plants to external adversity stress,which shows a direct inhibitory effect on pathogens and also in⁃duces host immune response to reduce occurrence of diseases.This study was to provide theoretical reference for the application of MeJA in fruit storage and preservation through investigating the effect of exogenous MeJA on inducing resistance to blue mold in pear fruit and its preservation effect.[Methods]In this experiment,‘Cui⁃guan’pear fruits were treated with 100μmol/L MeJA injection and fumigation treatment for 36 h and then inoc⁃ulated with Penicillium expansum(1.0×10^(6) spores/mL),and distilled water treatment was used as the control.The pear fruits were observed day by day,and the diameter of the spots was measured by the cross method.Meanwhile,the pear fruits were treated with 100μmol/L MeJA fumigation for 36 h followed by P.expansum in⁃oculation;100μmol/L MeJA fumigation with P.expansum inoculation and stop fumigation 36 h later;the pear fruits were first inoculated with P.expansum for 36 h and then fumigated with 100μmol/L MeJA fumigation and then the diameter of the spots was measured.In addition,the pear fruits were fumigated with 100μmol/L MeJA for 36 h,then ventilated in ultra-clean bench for 2 h and stored in cold storage(humidity 90%-95%,tempera⁃ture(3±1)℃)for 49 d.Fruit weight loss,decay rate,respiration rate,hardness and soluble solids were measured every 7 d.Fruit samples were also taken to determine the quality changes in total sugar,vitamin C(Vc),titrat⁃able acid(TA)and total phenols were sampled for quality index.[Results]The induction effects of MeJA injec⁃tion treatment and fumigation treatment on pear fruit resistance to blue mold were up to 12.38%and 15.60%,re⁃spectively;the inoculation of P.expansum after 36 h of 100μmol/L MeJA fumigation had the best induction ef⁃fect on pear fruit resistance to blue mold at 16.14%;under refrigeration conditions,100μm
