摘要
随着理学的兴起,程颢在接续孟子心性之学的基础上,以天理为德性的形上学依据,针对宋朝当时面临的社会政治问题,阐发了系统的治道思想,其内容主要有四个方面:一是在政治方面,施政者要进行官制改革,在加强考核力度的同时,授予官员一定的选择掾属的权力,以提升行政执行的力度;二是在经济方面,施政者要厚民生,正经界,使民有恒产,提升民众对王朝的认同度;三是在社会方面,为了构建良善的社会政治秩序,施政者必须广施教化,发挥儒家德教在基层的移风易俗作用;四是在教育方面,施政者必须广设学校,培育人才,奠定治理的道德基础。
With the rise of Neo-Confucianism,Cheng Hao elaborated his systematic thoughts of governance in view of the social and political problems faced by the Song Dynasty at that time,on the basis of inheriting Mencius’theory of mind nature and taking the principle of heaven as the metaphysical basis of virtue.His thoughts mainly included four aspects:first,the reform of the official system should be carried out in the political aspect,and the officials should be given certain choices while strengthening the assessment in order to enhance the strength of administrative execution.Second,in the economic aspect,the Song Dynasty should improve people’s livelihood and maintain proper boundaries on land distribution,so that people have permanent property and enhance people’s recognition of the dynasty.Third,in the social aspect,in order to build a good social and political order,the Song Dynasty must widely teach,and give full play to the role of Confucian morality in the grass-roots to change the customs.Fourth,in the education,the Song Dynasty must set up more schools to cultivate talents and lay a moral foundation for governance.
