摘要
针对目前火炮身管弯曲度测量手段落后,测量精度低的问题,综合利用激光与CCD技术测量火炮身管弯曲度,确定了测量方案,并设计了炮口激光定中装置、弹性定中支撑装置,介绍了弯曲度的测量与计算方法,对测量系统进行了精度分析。该方法测量精度高、技术先进。
Aiming at the problem of backward method and low measurement accuracy on the gun tube straightness measurement currently,we comprehensively used laser tracker and charge coupled device technology to measure the gun tube straightness and designed explicit measurement programme.And we also designed the muzzle laser center fitting device and the elastic center fitting brace device,introduced the gun tube straightness measurement and calculation method,analyzed the measurement accuracy about the measurement system.The method has the characteristic of high measurement accuracy and advanced technology.
