摘要
试验旨在测定水稻脆秆突变体秸秆的青贮发酵品质,探究其秸秆饲料化应用的价值。选择武运粳7号(w7)及其脆秆突变体(w7-cef1)为研究对象,分别喷施等量的乳酸菌制剂,装入真空袋内,室温青贮发酵60 d后开袋进行青贮品质检测。结果显示,w7-cef1青贮饲料粗蛋白含量显著高于w7;w7-cef1青贮后pH值较低,氨态氮占总氮百分比较小,发酵效果较好;w7-cef1的半纤维素利用率显著高于w7。研究表明,利用脆秆材料w7-cef1进行青贮,粉碎加工效果好,可较大程度地提高青贮饲料的品质。
The experiment was to determine the silage fermentation quality of rice brittle stalk mutant stalks and explore the value of its straws for feed application. Wuyunjing 7(w7) and its fragile stalk mutant(w7-cef1) were selected as the research objects, the same amount of lactic acid bacteria preparation was sprayed and put into a vacuum bag, the silage was fermented at room temperature for 60 d, and the bag was opened for silage quality inspection. The results showed that the crude protein content of w7-cef1 silage was significantly higher than that of w7. After w7-cef1 had a lower pH value after silage, the percentage of ammonia nitrogen in total nitrogen was smaller, and the fermentation effect was better. The hemicellulose utilization rate of w7-cef1 was significantly higher than that of w7. The experiment indicates that the use of brittle stalk material w7-cef1 for silage, has a good crushing effect, and greatly improves the quality of silage.
