摘要
目的研究精神分裂症患者采用阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗的效果及对糖、脂代谢的影响。方法经计算机随机法将我院收治的200例神经分裂症患者分为两组,各100例,观察组与对照组分别采取阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗,对比两组患者的糖脂变化情况、治疗总有效率及体质量指数。结果观察组空腹血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白指标水平分别为(4.41±0.38)mmol/L、(1.25±0.21)mmol/L、(3.12±1.08)mmol/L、(0.81±0.05)mmol/L、(2.12±0.15)mmol/L,对照组分别为(5.12±1.12)mmol/L、(1.98±0.87)mmol/L、(3.48±1.15)mmol/L、(0.95±0.12)mmol/L、(2.48±0.42)mmol/L(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组体质量指数为(20.13±2.15)kg/m^(2),观察组体质量指数为(22.08±2.58)kg/m^(2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者采用阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗,均能获得良好的效果,但奥氮平会显著影响精神分裂症患者的糖脂代谢水平,因此相比较阿立哌唑效果更优。
Objective To study the effect of aripiprazole and olanzapine on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 200 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by computer,100 cases in each group,observation group and control group were treated with aripiprazole and olanzapine respectively,compared the two groups of patients with glucose and lipid changes,total effective rate and body mass index.Results The index levels of fasting blood glucose,triacylglycerol,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein of the observation group were(4.41±0.38)mmol/L,(1.25±0.21)mmol/L,(3.12±1.08)mmol/L,(0.81±0.05)mmol/L,(2.12±0.15)mmol/L,the control group was(5.12±1.12)mmol/L,(1.98±0.87)mmol/L,(3.48±1.15)mmol/L,(0.95±0.12)mmol/L,(2.48±0.42)mmol/L(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the body mass index of the control group was(20.13±2.15)kg/m^(2),the body mass index of the observation group was(22.08±2.58)kg/m^(2),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole and olanzapine can both achieve good therapeutic effect in patients with schizophrenia,but olanzapine can significantly affect glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia,so aripiprazole has a better effect.
