基于大直径盾构的工作井内整机平移关键技术研究

摘要 目前,盾构法施工被广泛应用于国内城市的地铁工程建设中,但由于城市建(构)筑物密集,容易导致在始发端头大直径盾构吊装下井的空间不足。而在空间不足情况下,与空间充足时常规的盾构机吊装入井、拼装、始发的工法不同。论文以大直径盾构机始发前在成都地铁二仙桥站工作井内平移工程为例,对大直径盾构工作井内整机平移的关键技术控制要点进行分析和论述,为类似工程施工提供处理方法和参考依据。 At present,the shield construction method is widely used in the subway construction project in domestic cities,but due to the density of urban construction(structure),it is easy to lead to the shortage of space for the large diameter shield hoisting and sinking at the initial end.With sufficient space,the regular of shield machine hoisting is assembled,starting method,based on the large diameter of shield machine before starting work in two fairy bridge station of chengdu metro borehole translation project as an example,within the large diameter shield work well on key technology of machine translation of the control points are analyzed and discussed,treatment method and provide a reference basis for similar projects.
