摘要
珠海市作为第二批国家海绵城市试点城市,在海绵城市规划体系上做了大量探索和实践,从总体规划层面构建了"一规划,五专项"的规划体系,以确定珠海市海绵城市建设目标和技术策略,并在此基础上编制各区海绵城市专项规划,实现规划全覆盖。珠海市的系列海绵城市专项规划为系统化全域推进海绵城市建设奠定了坚实的基础。论文对珠海市海绵城市的规划体系进行了介绍和分析,并对其经验及不足进行了总结,希望能为同行提供一定参考。
As the second batch of national sponge city pilot cities,Zhuhai has done a lot of exploration and practice in sponge city planning system.From the overall planning level,the planning system of"one plan,five special projects"is constructed to determine the construction objectives and technical strategies of zhuhai sponge city.On this basis,the special sponge city planning of each district is prepared to achieve full coverage of the planning.The sponge city special planning of Zhuhai city has laid a solid foundation for promoting the construction of sponge city systematically and regionally.This paper introduces and analyzes the planning system of sponge city in Zhuhai,and summarizes its experience and shortcomings,hoping to provide some reference for peers.
