摘要
目的探讨评价闪罐联合雷火灸中医护理技术应用于风寒型急性期面瘫患者的临床干预疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2021年4月本院中医科接诊的68例风寒型面瘫患者作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组接受中西医祛风散寒及营养神经药物、电针灸及神灯照射理疗治疗方案,观察组在对照组中西医药物治疗基础上联合应用面部闪罐及雷火灸中医护理技术。干预2周后,对比两组面神经功能(H-B)评价、焦虑状态(汉密尔顿焦虑评分HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)评价结果。结果干预前,两组患者面神经功能H-B分级、HAMA、PSQI评价均无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者面瘫分级、焦虑抑郁情绪状况、睡眠质量均较干预前有明显改善(P<0.05);其中,观察组干预后的H-B面神经功能分级Ⅱ级占比明显高于对照组,观察组HAMA评分及PSQI总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风寒型急性期面瘫患者于中西医药物治疗基础上,联合闪罐及雷火灸中医护理技术应用,明显改善了患者面神经功能,明显缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,明显提升睡眠质量,促进了患者康复进程。
Objective:To discuss and evaluate the clinical intervention effect of flash cup combined with thunder fire moxibustion traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in wind-cold acute facial paralysis patients.Methods:A total of 68 patients with wind-cold facial paralysis who were treated at the department of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group received traditional Chinese and Western medicine for dispelling wind and cold and nutritional nerve drugs,electro-acupuncture and magic lamp irradiation physiotherapy treatment plan.The observation group was combined with facial flashing and thunder-fire moxibustion based on the treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the control group.After 2 weeks of intervention,the facial nerve function(H-B)evaluation,anxiety state(Hamilton anxiety score HAMA),and Pittsburgh sleep quality(PSQI)evaluation results were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in facial nerve function HB classification,HAMA,and PSQI evaluation between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the intervention,the facial paralysis classification,anxiety and depression mood,and sleep quality of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before the intervention(P<0.05);among them,the proportion of HB facial nerve function grade II in the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the HAMA score and PSQI total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the treatment of wind-cold acute facial paralysis patients,combined with the application of flash cup and thunder fire moxibustion traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,the facial nerve function of patients was significantly improved,the anxiety and depressio
