摘要
目的:按照三级公立医院绩效考核要求,设计开发了病案首页审核校验系统,以提高病案首页数据质量。方法:基于HIS、EMR系统和Caché数据库,使用Lua语言开发电子病历病案首页审核校验规则,以此提示医生。结果:该系统可在病案首页源头上实现审核校验功能,降低医生首页填写错误率,达到绩效考核数据要求。结论:基于该审核校验系统,可有效提高病案首页数据质量,提升医生和病案人员的工作效率,为以后的数据分析利用提供良好的基础。
Objective:As to improve the quality of data on the homefirst page of medical records,we develop a medical record home page auditing and checking system is developed according to the performance appraisal requirements of tertiary public hospital.Methods:We use Lua language is used to develop the auditing and checking rules of electronic medical record home page which bases on HIS system,EMR system and Cachédatabaseachtem and check rules of electronic medical information.Results:This system can fundamentally achieve the auditing and checking functions of from medical record home page,which reduce the filling error rate of doctors to complete data reporting the performance appraisal requirements of tertiary public hospital.Conclusions:It can effectively improve the overall quality of data on the home homepage of medical records effective and improve the work efficiency of doctors and medical record staffs based on the medical record home page auditing and checking system,which provides a good foundation for future data analysis and utilization.
