摘要
本文在梳理日本海产品生产加工运输等环节的基础上,分析了其价值增值机制以及冷链物流的发展经验,如政策法律的支持保护、注重基础设施的建设以及信息化技术的充分利用等。在此基础上分析我国冷链物流存在的一些问题,如在管理上缺乏统一标准、各主体组织化程度较低、信息化建设落后等,为我国海产品加工运输企业提出了加强相关法律法规建设、联合产业链供给端的各个组织、加强信息化建设等建议。
Based on sorting out the situation of Japan’s seafood producing,processing and transporting,this paper analyzes its value-added mechanism and the development experience of cold chain logistics,such as the support and protection of policies and laws,as well as the construction of infrastructure and the full use of information technology.Based on these,then this paper analyzes the problems existing in China’s cold chain logistics,such as the lack of unifi ed standards in management,the low degree of organization of each subject,the backward information construction,etc.This paper puts forward some suggestions for China’s seafood processing and transportation companies,such as strengthening the construction of relevant laws and regulations,uniting various organizations at the supply end of the industrial chain,and strengthening the information construction.
