摘要
合肥绿地中心D座办公楼,地上57层,地下3层,建筑高度为242.65 m,地下室埋深为16.2 m,体系为混合结构(型钢混凝土柱-钢梁-混凝土核心筒)。本文介绍了该超B级高层建筑的结构布置情况、抗震性能目标及结构分析方法,对小震弹性反应谱分析、小震弹性时程分析、大震动力弹塑性时程分析等计算结果进行了研究。针对该工程的特点、难点进行分析并提出了处理措施,主要为二层大开洞带来的越层柱、越层剪力墙、楼板应力等问题,以及超高带来的差异沉降、砼收缩与徐变等问题。计算结果表明,该结构达到抗震性能目标确定的各项抗震性能要求,是安全、可靠、合理的。
Building D of Hefei Greenland Center is an office building with 57 storeys above ground and 3 storeys underground. The building height is 242.65 m and the buried depth of the basement is 16.2 m and has a hybrid structure(steel reinforced concrete column-steel girder-concrete-core wall).The structure layout,seismic performance objectives and structural analysis methods of this super B-class high-rise building are introduced. The small earthquake elastic response spectrum analysis,small earthquake elastic time history analysis,and large seismic force elastoplastic time history analysis are studied. According to the characteristics and difficulties of the project,solutions are put forward to handle the problems of over-floor columns,over-floor shear walls,floor stress caused by the large opening on the second floor,and the problems of differential settlement,concrete shrinkage and creep caused by overheight.The calculation results show that the structure is safe,reliable and reasonable,and meets the seismic performance requirements.
