摘要
为解决航天伺服机构制造企业机械加工、表面处理和零部件装配等工艺危险点位分散,风险种类多样,传统安全风险预警技术难以实现全天候的监测报警的问题,文章提出构建基于物联网的安全生产在线监测系统,通过现场实时数据采集、传输和处理,能有效弥补传统安全风险预警技术的缺陷,并以国内某航天伺服机构专业研究单位为例,开展重点部位危险性分析,识别搭建安全监测系统的监测指标参数,编制系统建设框架,为安全监测系统的建设奠定基础。
Because the risks are scattered positions and several kinds in processes,such as machining,surface treatment and components assembly,in aerospace servo manufacture enterprises,the traditional risk early warning technologies are hard to realize the monitor and alarm round-the-clock.In order to solve those problems,in this paper,an online safety production monitor was put forward based on the Internet of Things.The defects in the traditional risk early warning technologies can be made up through the collection,transmission and processing of real-time data on the scene.A domestic aerospace servo institute was taken as an example to carry out the risk analysis,recognize and establish the monitor index parameters of safety monitor system,and set up the frame of the system construction,so as to lay a basis for the construction of the safety monitor system.
