油砂山油田钻井提速及一趟钻关键技术 被引量:1

摘要 油砂山油田地下构造为北西-南东向顶部平缓的半箱状背斜,南翼地层倾角达到50°~60°,且该区块井眼多为要求井斜在0°~3°内直井和10°以内小位移深造斜点定向井,存在防斜打直问题;本断块地层压力低,低点地层压力系数0.6,油组平均孔隙度21%,为中-高孔隙度,且裂缝发育,易导致孔隙漏失;本区块为较老区块,钻井施工发展很多年,如何有效地在现有的基础上提高钻井速度是我们面临的一项难题;油砂山区块的浅钻井是一趟钻钻井技术推行的有力载体,合理的技术措施配合一趟钻的使用能有效提高钻井速度。 The underground structure of Yousha Mountain(Oil Sand Mountain)oilfield is a half box anticline with a gentle top in NW-SE direction,and the dip angle of the formation in the south wing reaches 50°~60°.Most of the wells in this block are vertical wells with a required well inclination of 0°-3°and directional wells with small displacement and deep inclined points within 10°.There is the problem of deviation prevention and straightening;The formation pressure of this fault block is low,the formation pressure coefficient at the low point is 0.6,the average porosity of the oil formation is 21%,which is medium high porosity,and the fractures are developed,which is easy to lead to pore leakage;this block is an older block,and the drilling construction has been developed for many years.How to effectively improve the drilling speed on the existing basis is a difficult problem we are facing;shallow drilling in Yousha Mountain block is a powerful carrier for the implementation of one trip drilling.Reasonable technical measures combined with the use of one trip drilling can effectively improve the drilling speed.
