摘要
目的:探讨乳腺纤维瘤切除术患者在术口缝合中使用分层间断式缝合方式配合医用粘合胶水的效果。方法:本院2018年2月-2020年8月纳入47例行乳腺纤维瘤切除术患者开展研究,根据随机数字表法选出23例予以常规分层缝合技术(常规组),另外24例患者采取分层间断式缝合方式配合医用粘合胶水(研究组),对两组患者术中及术后恢复情况、术后并发症发生情况、对治疗的满意度情况进行比较。结果:研究组切口愈合、伤口可湿水及住院时长均显著优于常规组,治疗费用少于常规组,且美观度评分明显高于常规组;研究组并发症发生率为8.33%,显著低于常规组的26.09%;研究组患者对医师技术水准、服务态度、心理疏导及专业能力满意评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:分层间断式缝合方式配合医用粘合胶水在行乳腺纤维瘤切除术患者术口缝合中合理应用,可显著降低术后并发症发生率,有助于切口恢复,促使其切口愈合时长及住院时长缩短,从而提高患者治疗满意评分。
Objective:To discuss the applied effects of layered and disconnected suture combined with medical adhesive in surgical suture of patients undergoing breast fibroma resection.Method:A total 47 patients undergoing the excision of breast fibroma from February 2018 to August 2020 in our hospital were selected.According to random number table method,23 patients were selected for conventional stratified suture technique (routine group),and 24 patients were selected for layered and disconnected suture with medical adhesive (research group).Intraoperative and postoperative recovery conditions,postoperative complications and treatment satisfaction were compared.Result:The time of wound healing,wetting and hospitalization in the research group were better than those in the routine group;treatment costs were less than routine group;aesthetic scores were higher than routine group;complication rate in the research group (8.33%) was lower than routine group (26.09%);the satisfaction scores about physician’s professional skills,service attitudes,psychological counseling and professional competence in the research group were higher than those in routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The rational application of layered and disconnected suture combined with medical adhesive in surgical suture of patients undergoing breast fibrama resection can effectively reduce the postoperative complications,promote the wound recovery,shorten the wound healing time and hospitalization time,and increase the treatment satisfaction scores.
