摘要
目的:探讨医护一体化加速康复管理模式在股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1-6月本院45例股骨粗隆间骨折患者纳入对照组,选取2020年7-12月本院45例股骨粗隆间骨折患者纳入试验组。两组均接受股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗。对照组接受骨科常规护理,试验组接受医护一体化加速康复管理模式护理。比较两组住院情况、护理满意度及术后30 d后生活质量。结果:试验组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组恢复良好、日常生活基本自理患者所占比例比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组日常生活不能自理患者所占比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为97.8%,高于对照组的84.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化加速康复管理模式能够通过促进股骨粗隆间骨折患者预后达到缩短住院时间和降低住院费用的目的,能够有效提升短期内患者生活质量,并提升患者的护理满意度,具有积极的临床意义,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of medical and nursing integration accelerated rehabilitation management mode in patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Method:A total of 45 patients with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from January to June 2020 were included in the control group,and 45 patients with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from July to December 2020 were included in the experimental group.Both groups received proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) treatment.The control group received routine orthopedic nursing,the experimental group received nursing integration accelerated rehabilitation management mode.Hospitalization,nursing satisfaction and quality of life 30 d after surgery were compared between two groups.Result:The length of hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization cost in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the proportion of patients with good recovery and basic self-care in daily life between two groups (P>0.05).The proportion of patients unable to take care of themselves in daily life in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in experimental group was 97.8%,which was higher than 84.4% in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical and nursing integration accelerated rehabilitation management mode can shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the cost of hospitalization by promoting the prognosis of patients with intertrochanteric fracture,effectively improve the quality of life of patients in the short term,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which has positive clinical significance and is worthy of promotion and application.
