摘要
目的:探讨家庭-医院一体化护理对癫痫患者护理满意度及护理有效率产生的影响。方法:随机抽取2019年12月-2020年12月在本院接受治疗的癫痫患者66例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组33例,于护理期间分别应用常规护理及家庭-医院一体化护理。对比分析护理效果,评估指标包含护理满意度评分、心理韧性评分、护理有效率、负性情绪评分及自我效能评分。结果:与对照组进行比较,观察组护理满意度评分、心理韧性评分、护理有效率及自我效能评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者负性情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将家庭-医院一体化护理应用于癫痫护理期间,对于缓解患者负性情绪具有积极意义,有利于提升患者自我效能感,得到了患者认可,可借鉴推广。
Objective:To explore the influence of family-hospital integrated care for patients with epilepsy on nursing satisfaction and nursing efficiency.Method:A total of 66 epilepsy patients who were treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected as research objects,and the random number table was used to divide them into the control group and the observation group,with 33 cases in each group.During the nursing period,routine nursing and family-hospital integrated care were applied respectively.The evaluation indicators include nursing satisfaction score,psychological resilience score,nursing effectiveness rate,negative emotion score and self-efficacy score.Result:Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction score,psychological resilience score,nursing effective rate and self-efficacy score in the observation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of negative emotions between the two groups (P>0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family-hospital integrated care during epilepsy nursing has positive significance for alleviating patients’ negative emotions,and is beneficial to improving patients’ sense of self-efficacy.It is recognized by patients and can be used for reference.
