摘要
目的探讨有效隔离新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)隐性感染者对控制播散的重要性。方法追溯1例传染源不明COVID-19患者的流行病学史,将其严密隔离,观察密切接触者。胶体金法检测患者及密切接触者病毒特异性IgG和IgM。结果追溯到48名密切接触者,其中患者女儿在工作场所和1名COVID-19确诊患者曾有接触,但患者女儿无症状,核酸检测阴性,胸部HRCT未见异常。患者与其女儿1个月后血清特异性IgG呈阳性;其他47名密切接触者均无症状,2次核酸检查阴性,胸部HRCT正常,1个月后血清病毒特异性IgG呈阴性。结论病毒核酸检测阴性不能除外感染的可能性,病毒特异性抗体的检测对诊断有一定的帮助;密切接触者中可能存在隐性感染者,隐性感染者可以作为传染源导致COVID-19,对隐性感染者医学隔离,可以防止COVID-19播散。
Objective To analyze the importance of effective isolation of Novel coronavirus infection(COVID-19)in the prevention and controling infection.Methods A case of COVID-19 patient with unknown source of infection was traced back to the epidemiological history.The close contacts were closely isolated and observed.The virus specific IgG and IgM were detected by colloidal gold method.Results 48 close contacts were traced back.The patient′s daughter had contact with a COVID-19 patient in the workplace.But the daughter was asymptomatic,the nucleic acid test was negative,and and there was no abnormality in the chest HRCT.The patient and his daughter were positive for serum specific IgG after 1 month.The other 47 close contacts were asymptomatic,two nucleic acid tests were negative,chest HRCT was normal,and serum virus specific IgG was negative after 1 month.Conclusion Negative results of viral nucleic acid can not be used to exclude the possibility of COVID-19.The detection of virus specific antibody is helpful for diagnosis.The recessive infection may be existed among the close contactors,which can be the source of transmission of COVID-19.Medical isolation of the recessive infection is very important to prevent wider spread of COVID-19.
