摘要
国家公园是由国家批准设立并主导管理,边界清晰,以保护具有国家代表性的大面积自然生态系统为主要目的,实现自然资源科学保护和合理利用的特定陆地或海洋区域。内蒙古自治区作为祖国北部边疆重要的生态安全屏障,应该积极借鉴国内外国家公园制度建设经验与管理模式,在生态系统保护与生态文明建设中有效融入经济要素、政治要素、文化要素、社会要素等,注重综合考量,加快以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系建设。
National park is a specific land or marine areas approved by the state and under its leading management,with clear boundaries.Its main purpose is to protect a large area of natural ecosystems that are representative of the state and to scientifically protect and rationally utilize natural resources.Inner Mongolia,as an important ecological protective screen in the northern border of the motherland,should actively learn from the experience and management mode of national park system construction at home and abroad,and fully consider economic,political,cultural and social factors in protecting the ecological system and constructing ecological civilization,so as to quicken the development of an orderly nature protection area system based on national parks.
