摘要
介绍了上装式超低温V型控制阀可用结构,阐述了大口径与小口径结构选型。阀座镶嵌PCTFE的方法及特点,解决在低温下易收缩、不耐冲刷问题。并阐述了超低温环境下采用合理的密封比压计算来提高密封性能及使用寿命。
In this article,the structure of top-loading V shaped control valve for use in ultralow temperature was introduced,in which the selection of large diameter or small diameter of structure was stated.To solve the problems of easy shrinkage in low temperature and non-resistance of erosion,the method of cladding PCTFE on valve seat was used.Also,it was stated that use of appropriate method for calculating specific pressure in seal can enhance the seal performance and seal life under the condition of ultralow temperature.
