摘要
目的:探讨在临床治疗中采用心理干预联合吸柠檬水法进行留置胃管插入的应用价值。方法:挑选80例在医院普外科进行留置胃管的患者作为研究对象,按照留置胃管的方式分为常规置管组与联合置管组,各40例患者。常规置管组40例患者选择常规置管方法,联合置管组40例患者选择心理干预联合吸柠檬水法进行置管,观察对比两组患者的负面情绪情况与临床置管数据。结果:联合置管组患者的留置胃管成功率明显高于常规置管组(P<0.05);联合置管组患者的负面情绪情况明显优于常规置管组(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗中,采用心理干预联合吸柠檬水法进行留置胃管插入相较于常规置管方法能够有效提升患者的满意度与依从性,从而提升置管成功率,减少患者的负面情绪,减少非计划性拔管的发生情况。
Objective:To explore the application value of psychological intervention combined with lemonade method for indwelling gastric tube insertion in clinical treatment.Methods:Eighty patients who underwent indwelling gastric tube in general surgery in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into conventional tube placement group and combination according to the way of indwelling gastric tube.In the catheterization group,40 patients were assigned to each group.Forty patients in the conventional catheterization group chose the conventional catheterization method,and 40 patients in the combined catheterization group chose psychological intervention combined with lemonade suction for catheterization.Observe and compare the negative emotional situation and clinical catheterization data of the two groups of patients.Results:The success rate of indwelling gastric tube was significantly higher than that of conventional intubation group in the combined intubation group(P<0.05).the negative emotional situation of the patients in the combined intubation group was compared.Significantly better than the conventional catheterization group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical treatment,the use of psychological intervention combined with lemonade to indwell gastric tube insertion can effectively improve patient satisfaction and compliance compared with conventional tube placement methods,thereby increasing the possibility of successful tube placement and reducing negative patients.Emotions reduce the occurrence of unplanned extubation.
