摘要
带压封堵技术是指当压力管道或阀门出现流体介质泄漏时,不停输且迅速在缺陷处建立起密封结构的在役管道抢修技术。文章对带压封堵技术的原理、特点、主要设备以及施工过程进行了分析研究。在元坝净化厂高负荷期间,采用带压封堵技术能有效地对泄漏缺陷部位进行检维修,从而使得检维修与安全生产两不误,具备良好的发展前景。
The pressurized plugging technology refers to the in-service pipeline repair technology that does not stop the transmission and quickly establishes a sealing structure at the defect when the fluid medium leaks in the pressure pipeline or valve.This paper analyzes and studies the principle,characteristics,main equipment and construction process of the sealing technology under pressure.During the high load period of the Yuanba Purif ication Plant,the use of pressurized plugging technology can effectively inspect and repair the leaking defects,so that the inspection and maintenance and safe production are both correct,and it has a good development prospect.
