摘要
制氢转化炉是炼油装置的主要设备之一,集合了结构和管道,安装技术要求高,焊接工作量大,施工作业环境受限。在炉管焊接的工作过程中,其质量的控制要做到全工序管控,做好每项工作的衔接,有效地解决问题,从而进一步保证焊接质量获得长时间的周期运行稳定性。
Hydrogen production reformer is one of the main equipment of oil refining unit.It integrates structure and pipeline.It has high installation technical requirements,heavy welding workload and limited construction environment.In the working process of furnace tube welding,the quality control shall achieve the whole process control,do a good job in the connection of each work,and effectively solve the problems,so as to further ensure the welding quality and obtain long-term periodic operation stability.
