摘要
化工生产中所用机器与设备众多,尤其在化工行业现代化发展下,促使相关设备精细化程度也在不断提升,这对于设备的维修及保养工作提出了更高要求。化工机械设备的应用状态,对生产效率及质量具有重要影响。而各类设备得以高效运作的前提便是定期做好监测与维修及保养工作。为此,文章以此为方向,对化工设备管理视角下,化工机械维修保养技术及相关工作的优化措施进行总结。
There are many machines and equipment used in chemical production,especially under the modern development of chemical industry,the refinement degree of relevant equipment is also increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for equipment repair and maintenance.The application status of chemical machinery and equipment has an important impact on production efficiency and quality.The premise of efficient operation of all kinds of equipment is to do a good job in monitoring,repair and maintenance on a regular basis.Therefore,taking this as the direction,this paper summarizes the optimization measures of chemical machinery maintenance technology and related work from the perspective of chemical equipment management.
