带纵凸筋板钢管柱和钢板剪力墙力学性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 钢管柱、钢板剪力墙以其优秀的受力性能被广泛应用于结构中,但容易在达到极限承载力前发生局部屈曲。为避免这一现象,提高钢板的平面稳定能力,本文采用ABAQUS对纵凸筋板在钢结构中的应用可行性进行分析探讨。首先对有限元模型的准确性进行验证,研究不同布置方式和凸筋间距对圆钢管、方钢管和钢板剪力墙性能的影响,并计算单位用钢量承载力变化情况。结果表明,极限承载力可提高7%~18%,单位用钢量承载力变化区间为-1.9%~9.5%,究其原因大概率为凸筋板起筋高度较低所致。 Steel tube columns and steel plate shear walls are widely used in structures due to their excellent mechanical properties, but they are prone to local buckling before reaching their ultimate bearing capacity. In order to avoid this phenomenon and improve the plane stability of the steel plate, the feasibility of the application of longitudinal ribbed plate in structures was discussed by using ABAQUS. After verifying the accuracy of the finite element model, the effect of different rib layout and spacing on the bearing capacity of circular and square steel tubes columns and steel plate shear wall were investigated, and then the bearing capacity per unit steel consumption was calculated. It was concluded that the ultimate bearing capacity has increased by 7% to 18%, and the bearing capacity per unit steel consumption is in the range of-1.9% to 9.5%, which may be caused by the low height of the ribs.
