摘要
目的探讨实施"中国护士"人才培养模式对医学教育环境的影响,为改善教学,提高教学质量提供依据。方法运用教育环境测量表对漯河医学高等专科学校2018级普护班和"中国护士"班学生进行医学教育环境调查,比较"中国护士"人才培养模式和传统教学模式下2组学生的教育环境得分。结果实验组学生教育环境总得分、5个维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"中国护士"人才培养模式有助于改善学生的医学教育环境。
Objective To explore the impact of the"Chinese nurse"talent training model on the medical education environment and provide a basis for improving teaching and teaching quality.Methods Taking the students in the 2018 general nursing class and the"Chinese nurse"class of our school as research objects,investigating them using the educational environment measurement form,and the educational environment scores of the two groups of students was compared.Results The total score and five dimensions score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The"Chinese nurse"training model can improve students’medical education environment.
