摘要
为了分析差序格局下居民人际交往对其人际信任的影响及路径,基于2017年北京市16区1070名居民的实地调查数据,构建结构方程模型展开分析。结果显示,人际交往、交往满意度和人际信任均存在差序格局特征;人际交往通过人际交往满意度对人际信任产生影响;结合差序格局的特征,内层交往对其内层信任的影响和中层交往对其中层信任的影响,均需内层交往满意度或中层交往满意度作为中介变量。简言之,人际交往满意度在人际交往对人际信任的影响中发挥重要作用。
Since the beginning of the 21 st century, the issue of Chinese people’s interpersonal trust has increasingly become a hot issue in society and academia. Based on the survey of 1070 residents in 16 districts of Beijing in 2017, we have constructed the structural equation model, and analyzed the influence and path of residents’ interpersonal communication on their interpersonal trust. The results show that the residents’ interpersonal communication, satisfaction and trust all have the characteristics of differential order. Residents’ interpersonal relationship affects their interpersonal trust through their interpersonal relationship satisfaction. Combining the feature of preface-structure, whether residents inner communication have influence on its inner trust, or the middle communication affects its middle trust, all needs inner communication satisfaction or middle communication satisfaction as the intervening variable. In a word, the satisfaction degree of residents’ interpersonal communication plays a mediating role in the process of the influence of residents’ interpersonal communication on their interpersonal trust.
