摘要
目的观察清热利湿和胃法联合穴位按摩治疗Hp阴性慢性糜烂性胃炎(脾胃湿热型)的临床疗效。方法将72例中医辨证为脾胃湿热型的慢性糜烂性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各36例。2组均口服L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠颗粒,试验组加以清热利湿和胃法(萸芍汤口服)配合穴位按摩治疗,疗程均为28 d。比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、总有效率。结果试验组在改善患者临床症状、总有效率方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热利湿和胃法联合穴位按摩治疗Hp阴性慢性糜烂性胃炎(脾胃湿热型)临床总体疗效较好,促进患者临床症状缓解,预防疾病的反复发作,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of clearing heat and promoting diuresis for harmonizing stomach method combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of Hp negative chronic erosive gastritis(dampness-heat of spleen and stomach type).Methods Seventy-two patients with chronic erosive gastritis of spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the experimental group.Both groups were treated with L-glutamine crotal sodium granules,and the experimental group was treated with clearing heat and promoting diuresis for harmonizing stomach method(Yushao decoction orally)combined with acupoint massage for 28 days.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and total effective rate of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms and total effective rate,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clearing heat and promoting diuresis for harmonizing stomach method combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of Hp negative chronic erosive gastritis(dampness-heat of spleen and stomach type)has good clinical overall curative effect,promotes the remission of clinical symptoms and prevents the recurrence of diseases,which is worthy of popularization and application.
