摘要
目的解决川萆薢的基源和功效混淆的现状,为临床准确使用川萆薢,提高疗效提供文献依据。方法通过查阅图书馆春秋战国至现代相关的药物学专著,以及搜索现代相关研究电子文献,对川萆薢的原植物种类、功效特点进行系统的研究。结果历代本草记载的川萆薢主要来源于百合科的菝葜属或肖菝葜属植物肖菝葜的干燥根茎。其功效可概括为祛风除湿,利湿化浊。结论可承袭古意,选择四川百合科菝葜属植物肖菝葜为基源,按照祛风湿药类别,将川萆薢录入新版药典,丰富药用资源。
Objective To clarify the origin and efficacy characteristics of Smilax Tuber,and to provide a literature basis for the accurate use of Smilax Tuber in clinical practice.Methods By consulting the library’s relevant pharmacological monographs from the Spring and Autumn period to the modern,and searching the modern relevant research electronic literature,the species and efficacy characteristics of Smilax Tuber were systematically studied.Results Smilax Tuber recorded in Chinese herbal medicines in past dynasties mainly originated from the dried rhizomes of Smilax or Heterosmilax in the Liliaceae family,such as Heterosmilax.Its efficacy can be summarized as dispelling wind and removing dampness,eliminating dampness and turbidity.Conclusion Heterosmilax japonica,a plant of the family Liliaceae in Sichuan,can be selected as the base source,and included in the new edition of Pharmacopoeia according to the category of rheumatism-dispelling drugs to enrich medicinal resources.
