隧道轴流风机及监控系统优化升级与改进研究

摘要 为改善轴流风机运行环境、提高运行效率,针对传统隧道轴流风机防冻功能不强、节能性差、操作不便捷、倒机维修需停机等弊端,对隧道轴流风机及监控系统软硬件进行优化升级与改进设计;通过软件验算出轴流风机最高效运行数据,借助功率、温度等传感器对其运行状态进行实时监控,同时对其节能、抗干扰、防冻等设计进行优化升级,取得良好效果。 In order to improve the operating environment of the tunnel axial flow fan and improve the operating efficiency,aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional tunnel axial flow fan,such as weak antifreeze function,poor energy-saving effect,inconvenient operation,shutdown of the machine for maintenance,etc.,a series of optimization upgrading and improvement design of the software and hardware of the tunnel axial flow fan and the monitoring system are carried out.The relevant data of the most efficient operation of the axial-flow fan is checked by the relevant software.With the help of power,temperature and other sensors,the operation status of the axial-flow fan is monitored in real time.In addition,through the optimization and upgrading of energy-saving and anti-interference design,antifreeze design,the effect is good.
