摘要
目的:探讨临床上西药合理用药的安全性,并给予相应的管理措施。方法:连续入选2019年1月—12月未实施西药合理用药管理的300张处方作为对照组,2020年1月—12月实施西药合理用药管理的300张处方作为试验组,比较两组不合理用药状况以及安全性。结果:600张处方中重复用药、联合用药不当、用法错误、抗生素滥用为主要的不合理用药情况,易发生恶心、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒等不良反应。试验组不合理处方发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的19.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为3.0%,低于对照组的10.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组满意度为98.0%,高于对照组的95.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重复用药、联合用药不当为主要不合理用药原因,容易出现恶心、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒等不良反应。西药合理用药管理可提高患者用药安全性,确保了处方的规范性,且患者满意度较高。
Objective:To discuss the safety of rational use of western medicine in clinical practice,and give corresponding management measures.Methods:Continuously selected 300 prescriptions that did not implement rational use of western medicine from January to December 2019 as the control group,and 300 prescriptions that implemented rational use of western medicine from January to December 2020 as the test group to compare the irrational use and safety of the two groups sex.Results:Among the 600 prescriptions,repeated medication,improper combination medication,incorrect usage,and antibiotic abuse were the main irrational medications,which were prone to adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,and skin itching.The incidence of unreasonable prescriptions in the test group was 4.0%,which was lower than 19.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was 3.0%,which was lower than 10.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the test group was 98.0%,which was higher than 95.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repeated medication and improper combination medication are the main reasons for irrational medication,and adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,and skin itching are prone to occur.The management of rational use of western medicine can improve the safety of patients’medication,ensure the standardization of prescriptions,and have high patient satisfaction.
