摘要
近年来,泰安市在水资源保障能力、节水水平、防洪减灾、水生态文明、水管理体制机制建设方面取得了显著成效,但水安全保障问题仍然存在。根据泰安市基本市情水情,深入分析水安全保障面临的形势及存在的主要问题,提出符合泰安实际的建设节水安全、供水安全、防洪安全、水生态安全、水管理安全的五大水安全保障体系,对指导泰安市水利发展、增强水安全保障能力、促进泰安市经济社会发展具有重要意义。
In recent years,Taian City has made remarkable achievements in water resources guarantee capacity,water saving level,flood control and disaster reduction,water ecological civilization,water management system and mechanism construction,but water security problems still exist.According to the basic water situation of Taian City,this paper deeply analyzes the situation and main problems of water security guarantee,and puts forward five water security guarantee systems which are in line with the reality of Taian:construction water saving security,water supply security,flood control security,water ecological security,and water management security.It is of great significance to guide the development of Taian City water conservancy,enhance the ability of water security,and promote the economic and social development of Taian City.
