某钢铁厂制粉喷吹站钢结构设计

摘要 XX制粉喷吹站为广东湛江某钢铁厂的重要构筑物,为全钢结构的钢框架-支撑体系,高度为68.3 m,共9层。主要介绍该工程的结构体系布置,并根据工程特点,对工程的抗风和抗震性能进行设计分析。同时采用MIDAS GEN进行了罕遇地震下的静力弹塑性推覆分析,最终制定出安全可靠符合设计要求的方案。 This pulverized coal injection station is an important structure of a steel plant in Zhanjiang,Guangdong province.It’s a steel frame-brace system with a height of 68.3 m and a total of 9 layers.This paper mainly introduces the layout of the structure of the project,and according to the characteristics of the project,the structure was analyzed under frequent earthquake and wind load.MIDAS GEN was used to carry out the elastic-plastic static(Push-over)analysis under rare earthquake.Finally,a safe and reliable design scheme is put forward.
