摘要
粉煤灰的超细粉磨能显著提升其活性,增大其胶凝材料利用率。实验对比研究了流化床粉煤灰(CFBFA)和煤粉炉粉煤灰(PCFA)超微粉磨前后的理化特性,并对其水泥复合胶凝试块的力学性能和微观特性进行分析。结果表明,超微粉化处理使粉煤灰的颗粒粒度和结晶化程度降低,从而提升了其物理活性和化学活性;粉煤灰超微粉提升了胶凝试块的抗压强度尤其是早期抗压强度,这主要是因为超微粉化处理使粉煤灰活性更早显现,且能填充孔隙,提升胶凝试块的密实度。
The ultrafine grinding of fly ash can significantly increase its activity and increase the utilization rate of its cementitious materials.The physical and chemical properties of fluidized bed fly ash(CFBFA)and pulverized coal ash(PCFA)before and after ultrafine grinding were comparatively studied,and the mechanical properties and microscopic properties of the cement-fly ash composite cementitious block are analyzed in this paper.The results show that,the particle size and degree of crystallization of fly ash are reduced after ultrafine grinding,thereby enhancing its physical and chemical activity;the ultrafine fly ash powder improves the compressive strength of the cementitious block.This is mainly because the activity of ultrafine fly ash powder appears earlier,and the ultrafine fly ash powder fills the pores,which improves the compactness of the cementitious test block.
